Project Overview
A picturesque golf course in North Carolina faced maintenance challenges due to erosion, unstable surfaces, and heavy usage of its cart paths and parking areas. To address these issues, BaseCore HD 3″ geocell technology was implemented. This involved removing old asphalt, recycling it to level the sub-base, reducing the slope grade, and installing stone-filled geocells for stable cart paths. Excavated soil was used to create a large, flat, permeable parking lot, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
